The Somerset Project was a 600 sq. ft. addition and remodeling design. The basic layout of a Feng shui design begins with the outside of this home to be set up for a positive chi, as it has many impacts on the home owner’s health. Some of the design tips that were included were to make sure that the address was clearly visible from the street. The dining room is close to the kitchen and in the corner of a home to promote the gathering of chi. the family room is where everyone comes together and is considered the heart of the home. We design this room to be comfortable and cheerful. The master bedroom was design to be as far away from the front door as possible, for the security of the homeowner.
